Accommodations
A number of hotel rooms with promotional rates have been booked in Ghent for SDT Conference 2010 participants. All reservations need to be made with the hotels directly.
The weekend of 13-16 May 2010 is a holiday weekend in Belgium so we suggest to book your hotel room as early as possible to guarantee availability (please always mention ‘SDT Conference 2010’).
All rates are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast and taxes. Reservation requests made after March 10th 2010 are subject to availability.
The SDT 2010 Conference secretariat is not handling any accommodation arrangements. The individual cancellation conditions are indicated on the respective hotel booking forms.

Best way to book is to send the hotel an e-mail with ‘SDT Conference 2010 – Hotel Booking’ as title.
