The Department's Handbook describes regulations and requirements for obtaining the Ph.D. in each of the Department's three programs. The Handbook provides rather detailed information on such matters as procedures for obtaining stipends, funding for research and travel, as well as general Department and area requirements. This information is particularly useful to resident graduate students and prospective students seriously interested in our training program.
The most current Handbook is posted here in PDF format, but necessarily there is a lag in the posting of recent changes in regulations.
