Research Interests
My research interests are broadly focused on the effects of maltreatment and exposure to violence on the development of children. I am also interested in the quality of attachment relationships between children and their primary caregivers.
Additionally, I am proud to be a part of the Project MIGHT (Mothers and Infants Growing Healthy Together) lab at Mt Hope Family Center. Project MIGHT evaluates interventions for mothers of infants who are struggling with the impact of depression and poverty.
Additional Information
I am counselor and advocate at the Rape Crisis Service of Monroe County. Rape Crisis Service provides crisis intervention and support services for survivors of sexual assault as well as services for their significant others. For more information visit: http://www.pprsr.org/rapecrisis/.
