Movie Nights
Psych council continues hold monthly movie nights. Individual movies, times, and places will be announced as they are decided. Come watch Vertigo, As Good As it Gets, Memento, and many more!
Grad School Workshops
The council will be providing guest lecturers, including faculty, graduate students, and recently accepted undergraduates to give valuable insight into the application process. Some of the specifics include: GRE scores, recommendations, and GPA requirements. This is ideal for those looking at further education in the psychology field. This event will be held on March 2, 2004, at 6:30 in Meliora 366.
Pint-Sale Fundraiser
We are holding our annual fundraiser by selling pint glasses with an adorable (yet tough) logo. The sale will be held from March 25th to April 5th in the Hirst Lounge of Wilson Commons. The cost is only $5/glass and FLEX is accepted. Make sure to get yours!
Faculty/Council Dinner
The council will be holding this dinner in the Community Living Center- Quad Annex. It will be taking place on April 4th.
Do you want to know what life is like after college with your psychology diploma? Come and listen to seniors in psychology major and learn what they are doing after graduation. Coming soon on April 11th.
UR/Greater Rochester Area Summer Internship and Job Fair
The council will be sponsoring a Summer Research Opportunity Fair that will provide valuable information regarding research opportunities during this upcoming summer. There will also be information about internship opportunities outside of Rochester. This event will be held on April 18th.
