For the daily diary component of SEED, you will be filling out four surveys a day for seven days. The first survey should be completed as soon as you wake up. On the days that you are providing saliva samples, you should complete the saliva collection before filling out the survey. The morning survey should take around 2 minutes. The second survey should be completed during your lunch period and the third survey should be completed after school is over (between 2:30 and 5pm). These two surveys will take 3-5 minutes each. The final survey of the day should be completed right before you go to bed, between 8pm and 3am. This survey will be a little longer than the others, taking around 10-15 minutes.
Personalized links to each survey will be emailed to you everyday. If you do not recieve an email, or lose the email, you can find links to each survey here. If you need the password to access these links, it can be found on your study information sheet. You can also contact us to receive the password.
Regardless of which survey link you use, please remember to enter your participant ID number in the survey.
