Building Healthy Communities
Building Healthy Communities (BHComm) program is a free pregnancy support program for expecting parents in Monroe County. We bring together resources and tools for you and your growing family to flourish. Our pregnancy support team will meet you in your home during pregnancy and early postpartum to check in on:
- Maternal and child health
- Building support networks
- Basic needs support, like food and housing
- Break down barriers to healthcare
- Personal goal setting through pregnancy, after birth, and beyond
Our goal is to partner and work together to create a healthy, strong start for you and your baby. You can think of us as a “one-stop shop” to help you navigate the transition to parenthood.
